| Kye Smith | Free Tibet. | |
| Roberto Shockley | Do not support cultural genocide | |
| Wynsong Peters | NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, to the 2008 Olympics in China, to any products they sell, and to any company they do business with. Our family will do whatever necessary to say NO TO CHINA. We have been boycotting all things made by China, Russia, France, Germany, etc. since the beginning of the Iraq war.
We fully intend to boycott anything from China, not just because of Tibet. This might just have been an eye-opener to the world that Chinese government is despicable in all of its government departments.
On March 15 I walked into Wal-Mart and bought a set of tires. I told the clerk I did not want tires made by the French, I did not want tires made by the Chinese; that I wanted tires MADE IN AMERICA by an AMERICAN COMPANY. I had to pay $10.00 extra per tire, but I don\'t care. China is trying to destroy our country by any means necessary, and I for one am a true RED-BLOODED, PROUD OF MY COUNTRY AND COUNTRYMEN, PATRIOTIC AMERICAN and I will from now on support my country and countrymen. China can put their economy and country where the sun does not shine if you know what I mean.
We are now shopping for our fishing equipment and I guarantee it will be MADE IN AMERICA and not some other country that wants what we have here but are unwilling to make their governments change. I love my country and I will die for it if necessary.
Our family will not purchase a single item from any 2008 Olympic sponsors, and believe me I enjoy a Coca-Cola, but I will now drink Pepsi-Cola, after all I was born in the city were Pepsi was invented.
Our family will begin immediately to further boycott these sponsors:
Coca-Cola, Atos Origin, GE, Johnson & Johnson, Kodak, Lenovo, Manulife, Omega, Panasonic, Samsung, McDonalds, Visa, and any other sponsors of the 2008 Games that does business with China.
Shame on you IOC for your decision to hold the games in a country that has no morals and treats it countrymen with Absolute hateful impunity. This boycott will now affect Chinese living legally and happily in the US.
NO MORE FROM YOUR DISGUSTING GOVERNMENT CHINA. You want what we have and don\'t care who you destroy to get your way. WELL NOT IN AMERICA. You might think we Americans will forget, but I for one will not.
NO, NO, NO, NO, NO to china and all who do business with them. Straighten up your own country before you critique someone else.
| Estera | When will they learn? | |
| Sinead O\'Hara | | |
| Sahil singh Dev | China should pay for the mistakes they have committed. | |
| Patrick Smyth | It was a mistake to give China favored-nation trade status in the first place. It It is a travesty to hold the Olympics in a country that considers human rights to be a \"Western concept\" rather than a universal truth. | |
| David | I will boycott all things Chinese. I will not watch a second of the Olympic Games but unfortunately, this boycott does not extend to Chinese cuisines. Free Tibet! Down with the Chinese government. | |
| ruth becker | we must stop this cruelty | |
| carol becker | | |
| michelle fuller | I believe the world community should shun the Beijing Olympics because of its antics in Tibet. | |
| Carolynn Anderson | The best statement is to stop buying \"New\". Purchase only what is absolutely necessary, and then try to find a used/recycled version. This will make the US and China start to pay attention. Nothing but the loss of money will speak to it. | |
| Chris Fisher | Boycott the games. Chinese government and communist party are real terrorists in this world. | |
| Lesa Tschopp | | |
| Pierre Lefeuvre | Chinese involvement in China is totally unacceptable. I refuse to buy anything chinese until they get out of Tibet.
This is true for the US in Iraq too by the way
| William | Imagine it more like: Native Hawaiians and Federal Marshalls clashed today in Honolulu as the pro-separatist Hawaiians torched military facilities and threw rocks at police. the US Army was called in to protect federal property. The mayor of Honolulu spoke from San Diego where he was meeting with federal officials and the governor, whose offices had been burned due to his cooperation with US federal agents. Interesting problem.
FREE HAWAII????? | |
| William Jr | I\'m not saying China is in the right on this. But would the US government just sit and watch if one of the states or a territory breaks out with violent protests and wants to gain independence? | |
| Emil Segerstav | Ignorance is the greatest problem amongst the Chinese people. That, and I strongly believe that any government that censures the media and mostly everything can\'t be a good one. | |
| Elizabeth Cook | Only the Tibetans produce a Dalai Lama. | |
| Robert | To be completely honest I dont know why they are staging the olympics there, they really need to get their shit together, what with the toys they make having more lead than a house... | |
| Theresa Espinoza | This signature is not Made in China like everything else in our country. | |
| Cameron Climie | I seem to recall that China once produced the most moral philosophers of their age. We can clearly see how well Mao and the CPC kept up THAT little tradition (like everything else they destroyed during the Cultural Revolution). Let us show China that we wont\' stand for the slaughter of 1.2 million people in Tibet. | |
| m fitzpatrick | yeah just stop buying china\'s crap! | |
| Ashley Cook | When the Japanese invaded China, the Chinese people didn\'t tolerate invasion. The Chinese invaded Tibet and what do we have - the Tibetans are required to tolerate invasion. Must be a prime example of Chinese reasoning. | |
| Joe F | Note to self: Bring traveljohn upon next visit to china. | |
| Carlee | China is like a bad child that needs to be reprimanded\" | |
| Ross Taub | | |
| Martin Griffin | In far too many ways China behaves as a rogue nation. Supporting their attempts at a public relations white wash is unethical and immoral. | |
| Leanne | Please stand up to China and put a stop to the injustice. | |
| jamie | perfect time, excellent place to make a commitment to stop supporting assholes. | |
| Karen Charman | I support the boycott of the Beijing Olympics until China\'s human rights record improves and they stop abusing the people of Tibet and all who are oppressed and discriminated against in China. | |
| Heather G | China is being so chinese. Deng Xiao Ping is gone, they should accept it. He\'s the one who started all of this. | |
| Nicholas Negron | | |
| ChrisV | antifreeze in toothpaste, lead in childrens toys, poison in cat food.. i wouldnt go for the fact everyone will prolly get anthrax | |
| pentupentropy | Perhaps China is just jealous of the human rights violations of the US government and is trying to catch up? | |
